Dolphins There are daily excursions to dolphin watching departing at the sport harbour of Los Gigantes. By the motor-catamaran ‘Nashira Uno’ in small groups you can observe these sea mammals in their natural environment if you are lucky. We would like to underline that our partner possesses a specific license. The animals are not disturbed by tailgating or loud music. The main emphasis of this trip is on nature and the dolphin’s beauty.

Loro Park at Puerto de la Cruz A trip to Tenerife’s greatest zoo is worth a visit… some highlights as dolphin, sea lion or loro shows attract as well as penguins or a shark tunnel. The zoo features particularly beautiful botanical and park facilities. It has been honoured several times for keeping the animals in their natural environment, above it is called one of ‘the world’s best managed zoos’. It’s our pleasure to organise a group trip to the Loro Park at Puerto de la Cruz.
City walking tour in Santa Cruz
Tenerife’s capital invites you to stroll around, do some shopping and sightseeing.
Our tip: after a tour departing from Plaza Espana to the old town the visit of the market ‘Nuestra Senora de Africa’ is worth it: a potpourri of fruits, vegetables and spices that offers a variety of souvenirs.
Next stop is the museum of natural history ‘Museo de la Naturaleza del Hombre’ where you get to know interesting information about Guanches’ history and the Canary Islands’ development (Mondays closed). To close the tour you pass the government’s newest and greatest project, the auditorium. A huge and modern site housing cultural events as it is the home of Tenerife’s symphony orchestra.

Barranco del Infiérno
This modest hiking tour is a comfortable introduction into every one-week-hiking-tour respectively a warm up for more. The entrance of the canyon ‘Barranco del Infiérno’ is located above the centre of Adeje. Meanwhile there’s a cashpoint that charges you 3,- € per person. The gorge’s access is nowadays limited to 250 hikers a day. Hence it is recommended to depart to Adeje early in the morning. Passing a dry vegetation of cacti, agave and spurge plants the track dismounts into a riverbed. It is getting coolish and shadowy now because of the high rock faces that narrow the Barranco. At the end of the canyon a small waterfall awaits us, but in summer it doesn’t carry much water. Being refreshed by the clear water the same track leads us back to the exit of the canyon where we can sit on the terrace of the bar ‘Otello’ and enjoy garlic chicken and the scenic view.
